Charles Hull Contracting
Scraper School is an intensive two-week training program designed to equip individuals with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in operating a scraper.
Week 1 is held at our headquarters in Waroona, where students will engage in a classroom-based learning environment led by our expert trainers and assessors. The curriculum covers critical topics such as mine site safety, mine site operations, and a thorough understanding of scraper operations.
Week 2 transitions to practical, on-site training at one of Charles Hull’s private sites. Here, students will operate a scraper for five days, applying their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Throughout this period, instructors will provide personalized feedback and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be offered full-time employment and assigned to a site to begin their professional journey in scraper operations.
